Project Manager for Events
Education/ Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field 
  • At least one (1) year of experience in business sales or related market
  • Experience as team leader & managing teams and experience in PR Industry is a plus 
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills 
  • Creative, detail oriented, resourceful, planning and organization skills 
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English and Tagalog, both written and verbal
  • Event management, vendor relationship management, budget management, project management, logistics skills, negotiation skills
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop IMC concept and plan, negotiate contracts, oversee logistics
  • Initiate new business opportunities and explore new business opportunities 
  • Collaborate with clients and work within budget 
  • Successful planning and execution of event/IMC project 
  • Manage the team and quality of output for client deliverables
  • Plan, develop and execute special projects and other client requirements
