Department of Health (DOH) Undersecretary Alexander Delas Alas Padilla and Department of Education (DepEd) Undersecretary Antonio Alinea Inocentes, lead the turnover ceremony of the Voluntary Blood Donation Educational Materials in Lakan Dula High School, Tondo, Manila.  The materials will be integrated in the academic curriculum in elementary and secondary schools starting June. The materials will also be used in non-formal programs for the out of school youth.

The learning materials were made possible through the collaboration of the Department of Health, Department of Education supported by the Global Fund Round 6 HIV Project. These will include modules for teachers and comic books for out-of-school youth.
